Belper / drawing, painting & printmaking
Inspired by the countryside, and the wildlife and animals which live within it, Jen works from her studio on the edge of the market town of Belper, using a range of techniques in her finished work, including drawing, watercolours, oils, monotypes and drypoint printmaking.
Much of her subject material is locally inspired, and comes from her daily walks in the stunning Derbyshire countryside with her Labrador dog, Harvey, although she does sometimes travel further afield to work in different parts of the UK.
Jen's award-winning work has been exhibited and sold across the world, including with the Society of Wildlife Artists, The National Exhibition of Wildlife Art and The Harley Open.
Jen runs occasional inspirational workshops throughout the year, which are both studio and landscape based.
